When appropriate, clients may be encouraged to work alongside licensed mental health or medical providers.

  • No rigid meal plans are provided. Coaching is grounded in intuitive eating and evidence-based nutrition education, helping clients develop a healthier, more sustainable relationship with food while supporting energy, performance, and long-term health. If you are interested in a meal plan, we can discuss further about options and possible referrals.

  • Most clients work within a 8 to 12-week coaching structure, though individual needs and goals may vary. Program length is discussed during the initial consultation. Session length vary between 25 minutes for check-ins and 50 minutes for normal sessions.

  • Services are on a sliding scale. During the initial free consultation we will discuss pricing and expectations. Please note that no one will be turned away because of financial barriers.
