No rigid meal plans are provided. Coaching is grounded in intuitive eating and evidence-based nutrition education, helping clients develop a healthier, more sustainable relationship with food while supporting energy, performance, and long-term health. Services are on a sliding scale. During the initial free consultation we will discuss pricing and expectations. Please note that no one will be turned away because of financial barriers.
