Extreme plans, misinformation, and unrealistic standards can undermine both well-being and performance. Through advanced training in behavioral health and evidence-based wellness, a more sustainable path emerged, one that prioritizes long-term health, intuitive eating, and realistic behavior change. Sea & Snow Holistic Health was created to provide credible, science-backed support for professionals and athletes who want to thrive without sacrificing their health.

Sea & Snow Holistic Health is led by Doctor of Behavioral Health, Dr. Sarah Swan, who has advanced training in behavior change and wellness coaching. Her background includes:

  • Doctorate in Behavioral Health, Master’s in Health Education and Wellness

  • Evidence-based health and wellness coaching training (500+ hrs)

  • Specialized education in intuitive eating and behavior change

  • Experience working with high-achieving professionals and pre-professional athletes, including dancers

Our Provider

Dr. Sarah is passionate about helping people create meaningful, lasting change in their lives through personalized guidance and support. She believes that everyone has the potential to grow, and her approach blends evidence based strategies with compassion, listening, and flexibility. Sarah earned her Clinical Doctorate in Behavioral Health and a Master’s in Health Education and Wellness Coaching. She is also a certified intuitive eating coach and a licensed athletic trainer. Outside of work, she loves spending time outdoors and cooking with her husband.

More About Dr. Sarah Swan

Originally from Los Angeles, California, Dr. Sarah Swan’s journey into healthcare began on the stage. A dedicated dancer, she spent her youth in the studio seven days a week—until a traumatic jump landing in high school ended her performance career. Following surgery and extensive rehabilitation, Sarah transformed her personal recovery into a professional mission, shifting her focus to the science of human movement and wellness.

During her doctoral residency, Sarah founded the behavioral health program at Rose Park Primary Care Clinic, a sustainable model of care that continues to serve the community today. Her experience spans from clinical interventions to community-wide health initiatives, including:
Primary Care Integration: Developed one-on-one coaching protocols and monthly community wellness sessions.
Medical Education: Instructed first-year medical students at the University of Utah on the integration of health coaching into future clinical practice.
Community Leadership: Facilitated multiple cohorts through Intuitive Eating programs, bridging the gap between nutrition and behavioral change.
